About Me
So many possibilities, so little time!
I am an artist that loves to fabricate functional pieces using hardshell gourds, art pieces that people can use in their everyday life. For me, gourds are the perfect canvas. They allow me to pursue all kinds of techniques that pique my interest. I love learning from others and then seeing how these new methods can be applied to my gourds.

My work is functional because I choose to create pieces that are usable, not just another trinket sitting on a shelf. Lamps, clocks, and treasure boxes are my favorites. But, sometimes I just can't resist a folly or two.
So, look around and I hope I'll see you an an upcoming art fair, that you'll feel inspired to create or even take one of my classes. I love sharing what I've learned!

Greetings! Thank you for visiting my site. I’d rather be working in my studio than working on my website. So, please excuse that it’s not often updated.

You can see my work in person in my studio in Madison, at the Indiana Marketplace held the first weekend of April at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, at Pioneer Village at the IN state fair, Deja Vue art fair in Columbus in November or at the Community Art Center of Switzerland County in Vevay, IN. I hope to see you soon!
